Order Processing
 
All in-stock orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next working day. During sales or peak seasons, processing may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you via email for major delays.
 
Shipping Method & Transit Time
 
We use China direct standard air small parcel shipping.
✅ Estimated delivery: 7–25 business days after shipment.
 
Note: Delivery time is an estimate only, not guaranteed. Customs inspection, local holidays or remote logistics delays may extend the lead time.
 
Shipping Cost
 
Shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on destination country.
Free shipping will apply when your order meets our minimum threshold (shown at checkout).
 
Tracking
 
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number & tracking link.
Tracking updates may be slow after the package leaves China, this is normal for air small parcels.
 
Import Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT, DDU Term)
 
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local handling charges are NOT included in product price or shipping fee.
These fees are charged by your local customs authority and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery. We cannot predict or cover these customs-related costs.
 
Remote Area Surcharge
 
Remote islands, Alaska, Hawaii and other remote zones may incur extra remote surcharges from the logistics provider, which shall be borne by the buyer.
 
Shipping Restrictions
 
We DO NOT ship to Brazil, Chile and some high-risk countries due to complicated customs and high loss risk.
We cannot ship prohibited items including liquid, powder, magnet, battery products (if applicable).
 
Lost / Damaged Package
 
Please contact our support email within 30 days after the estimated delivery date if your package is lost or severely damaged. You need to provide photos of outer packaging & broken items for a claim. We will handle case by case.
 
Address Modification
 
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes after shipment cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees may apply if address correction is available.
